Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apigee Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Concentrix Catalyst, you will work closely with the engine that powers experience design and engineering capabilities at our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the various Apigee platform form factors, particularly the differences in management APIs, proxy design, and organization and environment structure.

You will lead discovery, design, and delivery of comprehensive, end-to-end Apigee migrations tailored to client needs and business objectives.

Additionally, you will engage in proactive account management and consult with clients to identify potential obstacles, explore future sales opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for clients, actively supporting and coordinating teams throughout the delivery and execution phases to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery, design, and delivery of Apigee migrations
  • Provide expert customer consultation by leveraging extensive knowledge of industry standards and proprietary content
  • Engage in proactive account management and consult with clients to identify potential obstacles and propose strategic solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, actively supporting and coordinating teams throughout the delivery and execution phases
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience implementing and operating the various Apigee platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of the Apigee platform and its architecture, including both on-premise and cloud form factors (Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid)
  • Familiarity with GCP and core networking components
