As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scientific and editorial integrity of medical materials. This involves meticulous attention to detail and superior editing and proofreading skills.
You will provide outstanding editorial services for designated projects, including editing, fact-checking, and proofreading on assigned brands. Your ability to follow established procedures and guidelines is essential in ensuring consistent work quality.
A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining style guides for assigned brands. You must be able to prioritize your work effectively while meeting deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also vital in enhancing dynamics within and among teams.
To succeed in this position, you will need to adhere to AMA and brand style requirements, attend project-related meetings, and proactively manage workload and escalate concerns as needed. Additionally, you will assist in training and onboarding new editors on the team.
