At Masin, we're seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to spearhead large language model (LLM) projects, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge innovations into real-world applications.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a project management and technical leadership professional with expertise in AI/LLM technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, natural language processing techniques, and experience with development tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead AI/LLM-based projects from concept to deployment, defining clear timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Collaborate with product teams to outline project scope, requirements, and outcomes.Create and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and potential risks.Drive the execution of AI/LLM project strategies, coordinating across engineering, product, and client teams.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/LLM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.Provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary, working closely with engineers and data scientists.Ensure that AI model development and implementation adhere to industry standards and company goals.Stay updated on advancements in AI and LLM technologies, proposing innovative solutions for product enhancements.Act as the primary point of contact between clients, product, and engineering teams, addressing both technical and business-related queries.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI/LLM concepts into actionable business insights.Manage client expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, resource allocation, and technical challenges.Proactively resolve any roadblocks that may arise during project execution.Ensure quality control throughout the lifecycle of the project, including thorough testing and validation of AI/LLM models.Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-delivery performance.Continuously improve AI/LLM project management processes, utilizing feedback from clients and stakeholders to optimize future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI or LLM technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and client relations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML or LLM projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM development tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their AI services.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in AI/ML technologies or project management.
  • Experience in scaling AI/LLM solutions in real-world applications.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, ethical AI practices, and model governance.
