Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems that help our clients navigate complex regulatory environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI systems that enhance regulatory compliance capabilities, particularly in Generative AI and machine learning.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines that process and integrate data, enabling efficient model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain AI-based products that address real-world challenges in compliance and regulatory domains.
- Enhance system robustness through continuous model evaluation, tuning, and optimization for performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve model accuracy, including handling issues like hallucinations, tokenization, and other challenges unique to Generative AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure the implementation of best practices for coding, security, and design.
- Collaborate with the CTO to ensure the architecture supports business goals and allows for scalable product growth.
Key Technologies: Python, Typescript, Kafka, Spark, data warehouses, AWS, GCP, Terraform
RequirementsRequirements: 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering roles, with at least 2+ years working on Generative AI systems.
Preferred Skills: Experience in scaling AI/ML systems, from concept to deployment, preferably within early-stage startups; strong proficiency in Python and Typescript, with hands-on experience building end-to-end AI-powered solutions; experience in working on LLMs (Large Language Models) and Fine Tuning; strong understanding of machine learning and AI fundamentals, including model optimization, data preprocessing, and model evaluation; ability to build and deploy secure APIs and systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP).
