Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to lead our team in delivering exceptional solutions for retail operations and POS systems. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules, provide end-to-end support during implementation phases, and develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment, staying updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommending enhancements. Support data migration and testing activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
About the Role:

This is an initial contract with the chance of extension afterwards.

You will be responsible for leading functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.
