**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled IT project manager to lead the development and implementation of our CRM and complaints applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, with experience in software development, data analysis, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are met and that deliverables are successfully implemented.

**Responsibilities**
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, vendors, and third-party services.
**Requirements**
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Experience in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
