Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Testing Automation Engineer with a strong background in software development and exceptional communication skills. This is a full-time remote role that involves developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, addressing any issues identified during testing, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
  • Creating test cases and performing manual testing as required.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality and resolving any testing-related issues.
  • Designing and implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders and present QA automation solutions.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in coding and ability to learn new frameworks.
  • Experience with e-commerce and CRM systems in an enterprise setting.

Technical Requirements:

  • Automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Appium.
  • API Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Reporting Tools.
  • APM platforms: Datadog, Dynatrace.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and Test Case creation.
  • Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI/CD pipeline.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
