The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Project Leader to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for driving complex programs from initiation through delivery in a global distributed delivery model.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Prepare project plans, monitor task completion, track deadlines and milestones.">
  • Collect requirements and requests from clients for new Projects; manage client expectations externally while overseeing the delivery team internally to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met.">
  • Review the trade-offs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects of the solution to the client and the team.">
  • Develop and manage best practices for project management across the project lifecycle, and will ensure delivery of projects against goals, schedule, and budget.">
  • Acknowledge business impact of issues and risks to the project. Drive effective communication of issues and risks to the client.">
  • Thorough Quality assurance and focusing on the details on the deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.">
  • Support project scoping, ensure resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration, identify, and mitigate competing priorities, assess business readiness, and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and adoption strategies.">
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.">
  • Establish framework for governance of scope management, process management, analysis and prioritisation of resolution strategies.">
  • Review SLAs compliance status on an ongoing basis and make strategies to overcome non-compliance.">
  • Understand the clients' culture, capabilities, team structure and take decisions to ensure success for the client.">
  • Review overall project metrics to ensure compliance to quality on all client deliverables.">
  • Escalate and resolve project issues by effectively working with various client, partner and development teams.">
  • Report and communicate progress and status of projects to clients and senior management.">

Your Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Masters or Bachelor's in computer science or related discipline.">
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.">
  • Vast experience in managing large scale digital transformation programs around web content management (Sitecore/Adobe AEM), commerce with 3rd party integrations.">
  • Strong technology background is a must.">
  • Should have experience of managing project financials.">
  • Good understanding of automation, build and release processes, DevOps, project management tools, and quality processes.">
  • Strong understanding of key client stakeholders and managing client expectations.">
  • PMI Certification and exposure to agile SW development processes is preferred.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse area.">
  • Strong process development skills; ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into highly efficient and executable business processes.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player.">
  • Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work.">
  • Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.">
  • Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.">
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.">
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow within an emerging organization.">
  • Experience in pre-sales process is a plus">
  • Good to have PMP/SAFe certifications">

Salary: ₹24,00,000 - ₹42,00,000 per annum
