Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Managing and mentoring project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Allocating resources effectively and efficiently, balancing workload and optimizing team performance.
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to address and minimize their impact.
  • Overseeing the quality of deliverables, ensuring that they meet or exceed predefined standards and client expectations.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery lead or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Exposure to DLT technologies like Ethereum.
  • Technology leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team.
