We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team at LTIMindtree. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core banking systems, accounting, and loan platforms.

About the Role

">

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expertise in product suites to various audiences, including local business teams, operations teams, and senior management.

Responsibilities

">

Your primary objective will be to perform requirement analysis and project management for our Flexcube Core Banking Platform. You should have a deep understanding of core banking systems, accounting, and loan platforms.

You will lead and coordinate projects across business functions, possess a clear understanding of how the business uses products in day-to-day activities, and communicate this effectively to business partners and technology stakeholders.

You will maintain current working knowledge of global and regional partner products and processors across domestic and international markets.

You will review end-to-end operational flows, perform cost analysis, identify redundant and expensive processes, identify compliance and audit risks, and provide holistic solutions to optimize processes and mitigate risks.

You will work with the global delivery team to analyze business requirements, respond to requirements BRDs or user stories by producing functional requirement documents, solution documents, and high-level design documents.

Skills and Qualifications

">

The successful candidate will possess techno-functional experience, mandated development hands-on experience, and a good working knowledge of integration technologies.

They will have an in-depth understanding of corporate banking products and the product life cycle, especially within core banking, treasury, liquidity, payments, and receivables.

They will have good understanding of accounting concepts and book-keeping ability to define accounting events required to set up business products for the bank.

They will have exposure to AML rules, basic compliance, and risk protocols required by a financial institution.

They will have the ability to map end-to-end operational and data flows for banking products using BPM tools like IBM workflows, TIBCO business studio, etc.

They will have the ability to support current business functions and processes, determine functional gaps, propose workarounds, and identify potential areas of development.

Preferred Skills

They will have experience with testing to perform development internal testing (DIT) sanity tests, and smoke tests before the solution is deployed to stakeholders for testing.

They will have experience with transformation programs that involve migration of data from legacy to new applications and ability to document details migration strategy documents.

They will have the ability to work with vendors and ensure they are accountable to deliver as per Citi expectations and standards.

They will have exposure to scope and defect management tools like HP QC, JIRA.

They will have proficiency in diagramming tools, MS Visio preferred.

They will have Scaled Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between ₹20,00,000 and ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The job is located PAN India, with offices across multiple locations.
