Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Record To Report process. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, processing, and reporting of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system performance from different sectors, ensuring systematic control and logging of financial transactions.
  • Process journal entries, accounting transactions, collecting, recording, verifying, and reconciling financial data, including lease accounting.
  • Maintain and update general ledger hierarchies, managing cost centers.
  • Control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses.
  • Track purchase orders and invoices.
  • Post bank statements daily.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, re-classifications, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries as per timelines.
  • Perform month-end close activities according to the agreed close calendar.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare cash flow statements.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheets.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company processes, ensuring variations within threshold limits.
  • Process fixed asset additions, disposals, and retirements.
  • Prepare statutory analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts according to client organization policies, providing variance analysis as needed.

Requirements: Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3), non-technical graduation in any stream (B.COM, M.COM or similar). Flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. End-to-end knowledge of the Record to Report process.
