Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled UX/UI designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with expertise in creating intuitive and engaging digital products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for our core Fintech product, as well as taking ownership of our public-facing websites. They will work closely with the product management and engineering teams to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale. They will also have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
