Product Information Design Expert

A high-level overview of the position is: Gathering requirements for product information designing, liaising with various experts to determine the needs for new product information designs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and create master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in manufacturing execution systems.
  • Create batch records for specifications on bill of parameters and complex product information for weighing & dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes.
  • Analyze site-specific requirements and convert them into batch records.
  • Validate created product information for site deployment and troubleshoot defects during validation.
  • Work with project managers to provide progress updates, issues, and risks.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • End-to-end implementation experience of industrial software solutions.
  • Experience with industrial software modules like user management, product information management, process management, review, weighing & dispensing, console, equipment management, material flow management, and weigh & dispense.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practical use of these standards in application design.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support as an industrial software expert.
  • Mentor and build teams.
  • Liaise with clients.

The job requires hands-on experience in industrial software specification, execution, compliance, and performance modules. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory guidelines, quality assurance, and data integrity is necessary.
