About the Position

As a mid-level product designer, you will create impactful learning experiences for millions of students by working at the intersection of design, technology, and education.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms, from discovery to delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to build and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present ideas confidently.
