We present an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, work at an emerging consumer-tech startup, and be part of this dynamic journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Roll up your sleeves and take on high-leverage projects, whether it's building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • Build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.
  • Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Educational background from top tier institutions.
  • Experience (1–2 years) in management consulting or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage start-ups.
  • Skillsets including problem-solving & strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution, data fluency, ownership & multitasking, and strong communication skills.
