Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to engage with students and parents, manage end-to-end admissions, and ensure a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

Job Description
  1. Student Engagement & Counseling
  • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide them with detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and aspirations.
  1. Application Management
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
  • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  1. Post-Registration Support
  • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation to facilitate their transition to medical studies abroad.
  • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families to address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Resolve last-mile queries before departure to ensure a seamless experience for students.
  1. Post-Flying Support
  • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad to help them settle into their new environment.
  • Act as a liaison between students and universities to address any issues that may arise during their studies.
  • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation to support students' overall well-being.
  1. Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, metrics, and reports to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
  • Must have prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability is required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach are crucial for providing exceptional support and guidance to students.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred but not mandatory.
