Lead Java Backend Architect

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Java Backend Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code and adhere to industry best practices.
- Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure scalability and performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST Services.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented development techniques.
- Good knowledge of Security concepts, including secure coding practices.
- Experience in database Oracle and working with build tools like GIT, Jenkins, Gradle, etc.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
