Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to manage our influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand community of advocates by building strong influencer relationships, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, brand, social, growth) to ensure campaigns are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, measure ROI, and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and costs with influencers and agencies.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in influencer and campaign performance tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for makeup, beauty, and creator culture, with an eye for identifying impactful content and creators.
