We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Tester to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services Platform, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop testing strategies.
• Conduct functional testing of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Time and Talent.
• Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Provide expert-level support to clients during the implementation process.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and updates, analyzing impacts on client configurations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Workday platform, with 3+ years in managed services or post-production release testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing domain, with in-depth functional knowledge of Workday modules.
• Certification in one or more Workday modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as TOSCA, Opkey, Selenium, or UFT is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is desired.
