About the Role:


Ours is a mission-driven team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. As an Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with our Finance teams to transform raw data into actionable insights using cutting-edge tools like DBT, BigQuery, and Tableau.

  • Develop and maintain data models using DBT to drive business growth.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries to transform raw data into structured formats.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels.
  • Care deeply about mentorship and growing your colleagues.

What You'll Work On:


Our squads are autonomous and mission-driven, solving specific user and business problems. You will be working in the Data Platform squad, which is responsible for all internal data products and the data warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the bank's data strategy forward and contribute to greenfield projects.
