**Job Title:** Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business functions to identify data analytics and CRM requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify target audience for CRM campaigns using SQL or Python scripts, ensuring effective targeting.
  • Contribute to cost savings through automation of tasks and processes, improving CRM operations.
  • Create wireframes for dashboards and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Build real-time dashboards using Power BI, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Utilize hands-on experience in data preparation and visualization to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Analyze data to uncover business insights and growth opportunities, presenting findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop statistical models, focusing on predictive modeling and sales forecasting.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in BI reporting using SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Good to have Python, R skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data preparation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
