Seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality standards for internal support and call centers.
  • Review interactions, including calls, emails, chats, etc. to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback on evaluations to drive performance improvement.
  • Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings.
  • Collaborate with agents to develop strategies that enhance their performance.
  • Identify training needs and initiate related projects to boost skills.
  • Generate reports reflecting support performance to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate results to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to guarantee consistency in internal evaluations.
  • Contribute positively to team culture by promoting collaboration and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within customer service or sales.
  • Proven analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver negative feedback effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of goal-setting practices to drive performance.
  • Experience with data visualization and understanding of support metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies that improve support quality.
