We are seeking a skilled urban designer to fill a key role in our organization.

About the Position
  • This is a highly specialized position that requires expertise in urban planning and design principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development. They will also prepare high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables within specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments to gather essential information supporting planning proposals;
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Work flexible hours as required to align with team needs;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Geography or similar field;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment/ graphics firm/advertising agency;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management;
  • Good knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development;
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience in creating diverse design solutions;
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector;
  • Ability to work with AI software;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD;
