Senior Java Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Japanese language to deliver high-quality software applications.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, ensure code quality compliance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
  • JLPT N3 or N2 certified with fluent reading, writing, and conversing skills in Japanese.
  • Minimum 4-10 years of IT experience in application design, development, testing, and maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Java technologies, including Core Java, Spring Boot, MySQL database, Postgress database, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
Desired Skills:
  • Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, containerization, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to test automation (SoapUI, Postman) and monitoring tools.
