Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of a Pre-Sales and Solutions Specialist.

  • Solutioning: The ideal candidate will create innovative solutions based on RRD products and service offerings, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to stabilization.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Determine, implement, and manage product roadmaps to enhance RRD's service and solution capabilities.
  • Bid/RFP/RFI Support: Provide bid/rfp/rfi support for sales teams, enabling seamless project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth, expand service offerings, and deliver value-added solutions.

Project Implementation: Manage the entire lifecycle of new project wins, ensuring end-to-end project implementation from initiation to stabilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

Project Handover: Ensure smooth transition of live and stable projects to operations teams with comprehensive documentation.

Resource Management: Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure agreed/committed project milestones are achieved.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management, solutioning, and implementation, preferably in automation-powered back-office support services.
  • Willingness to work from home or remotely, with occasional office visits as required by the project.
  • Availability to work between 2pm to 10pm, with flexibility to extend occasionally.
  • PMP certification from PMI or equivalent experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with direct client interaction experience.
  • Ability to draft proposals, rfps, rfis, bids for sales, and prepare presentations for marketing or business communications.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, report reading, and presentation development.
  • Ability to articulate complex technology, marketing, and back-office support solutions through virtual or in-person presentations/meetings.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain composure under pressure.

This is a highly critical external and internal client engagement role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with direct client interaction experience.
