Job Role: Senior Tele Caller

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Tele Caller to oversee the conversion of inbound and outbound leads for our property projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making proactive calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns to inform them about our services and properties.
  • Scheduling site visits for interested buyers and ensuring that all necessary details are provided in a timely manner.
  • Responding promptly to inbound queries, addressing customer concerns and providing detailed information about our projects.
  • Evaluating lead quality based on budget, requirements, and project timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets set by the sales team.
  • Providing constructive feedback to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales-related roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.
  • Persuasive, negotiation, and customer service skills with ability to handle pressure professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach to follow-ups.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and maintain professionalism during client interactions.
