As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy that drives high-quality leads and optimizes conversions across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising, as well as strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
You will be expected to strategize, execute, and improve marketing campaigns with A/B testing and conversion optimization, efficiently managing budgets to maximize return on investment.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product, and analytics, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and adjust spending to ensure efficient resource utilization across campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to align marketing efforts with customer feedback and sales objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting campaigns accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
- Digital marketing expertise, with mastery of paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Campaign management skills, with ability to strategize, execute, and improve marketing campaigns with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Budget handling skills, with ability to efficiently manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Technical knowledge, with understanding of tracking, automation platforms, and attribution models.
- Leadership skills, with ability to lead and mentor marketing teams, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Communication skills, with clear reporting and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's are a plus, especially with a focus on marketing, analytics, or digital strategy.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms and tools are highly valued.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing roles.
