Oracle EBS Professional Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will be responsible for leading project development, production support, and ensuring timely completion while adhering to quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues proactively and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and functional ERP and SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, iSupplier, and Sourcing.
  • Support and Compliance: Provide application production support, track open tickets, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Team Development: Foster teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM.
  • Experience with Oracle Inventory, Purchase Order, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts with implementation experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to address customer issues proactively.
  • Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
  • Ability to track and manage tickets and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
