  • Administer, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite applications, ensuring optimal platform alignment with business needs.
  • Guide a team of functional and technical consultants, providing mentorship and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and new modules.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for effective configurations and customizations.
  • Provide hands-on support for Oracle EBS applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and rapid issue resolution.
  • Manage the performance, scalability, and security of the Oracle EBS environment, meeting enterprise requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure seamless system integration of Oracle EBS with other applications and third-party systems, maintaining data consistency.
  • Define and implement Oracle EBS system architecture, guiding the team to follow best practices and design principles.
  • Monitor and optimize Oracle EBS performance, including database tuning, user access management, and system configurations.
  • Drive testing and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions, collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure robust functionality and data integrity.
  • Comply with internal control, security, and regulatory requirements in Oracle EBS application management.
  • Coordinate and manage project lifecycles for Oracle EBS implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Oracle EBS solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with at least [Y] years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.).
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud is advantageous.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle database management, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), PL/SQL, Reports/Forms, and Workflow.
  • Business process understanding across multiple functional areas (finance, supply chain, procurement, HR).
  • Proven ability to manage Oracle EBS projects, including upgrades, implementations, and customizations.
  • Strong project management skills, overseeing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS security management, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Excellent communication skills, conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
  • Oracle EBS certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Background in the Telecommunications or Technology sector is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Experience with large-scale EBS environments and ITIL practices.
