Job Title

A Database Administrator is required to manage and maintain databases.

  • Responsibilities include managing and maintaining MySQL, Mongo, Redis, ES databases;
  • Designing and developing database solutions and operation management tools;
  • Improving the database solutions to ensure reliable and stable operation;
  • Daily maintenance of the database, emergency recovery when major problems occur;
  • Providing database development support, performing index optimization and tuning according to business needs;
  • Performing regular system health checks, locating and troubleshooting performance problems .
  • Maintaining database high availability and dynamic expansion solutions;
  • Developing a good separation scheme (IO read/write).

Key Qualifications

  • Good command of Mandarin language;
  • More than 5 years of database management experience on Linux platform;
  • More than 5 years of actual support and maintenance work in MySQL technology;
  • Proficient in MySQL, Redis, MongoDB management, data backup, and optimization;
  • NoSQL management, Optimization experience;
  • In-depth understanding of MySQL database engine principles and mechanisms, able to optimize the database;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, improving the technical level of the entire team;
  • Handling tens of millions of databases, catastrophic failures experience;
  • Familiar with Tidb instance management, backup and optimization preferred.
