We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant – Invoicing and Reconciliation to join our team at DreamFolks Services Limited.
This role involves managing client invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience with ERP systems like Tally, Oracle NetSuite, and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate invoice workings based on internal reports.
- Maintain and update the receivables sheet for effective tracking.
- Follow up on outstanding payments via email or phone calls.
- Monitor debtor aging reports and resolve overdue payments.
- Assist clients with invoicing queries, data reconciliation, and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of client agreements for compliance purposes.
- Manage 26AS reconciliation with books to ensure accurate financial entries.
- Track and monitor unbilled revenue for timely invoicing and financial accuracy.
