Workday Data Conversion Specialist Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant.

You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless migration of data into our systems, contributing to the success of our data conversion projects.

  • Migrate and clean data from multiple source systems using efficient methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
