At Koffeetech Communications, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to drive the success of our paid media campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our business.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Paid Media Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
- Industry Staying Current: Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Marketing Funnel Understanding: Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
