Project Manager Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 14+ years' experience in managing large-scale software development projects
  • Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security, including ability to drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSPs
  • Experience with Agile Development & global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process
  • Strong design, architecture and coding experience
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge in AWS, Multi-Project Management, & Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented individual
  • Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven; plans and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems and issues and proactively drives their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience in working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
