Software Architect and Team Lead

The Software Architect and Team Lead is a senior software engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and leading complex software applications. This individual works collaboratively with an agile product development team as a technical leader and contributor.

Requirements
  • A highly motivated and self-directed individual with a strong desire for technical knowledge
  • At least 8 years of experience with multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot experience preferred)
  • At least 8 years of experience with multiple client-side programming languages (JavaScript React experience preferred)
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices
  • Experience utilizing cloud services for concepts such as storage and compute, applying infrastructure as code practices
  • Experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems
  • An excellent track record of collaboration with stakeholders and proposing new product offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT
