AI Job Role

Amazon is investing in the development of human-technology interaction. We are looking for a candidate who can make a difference by being part of our team.

We require someone with strong business writing skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work with different types of data, including text, speech, audio, image, and video. They will also be responsible for delivering high-quality labelled data using in-house tools and software.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate's Degree or related work experience, fluency in Hindi language, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and C1 English language proficiency are preferred qualifications.

A day in the life-

We are looking for a talented individual who can multitask, concentrate, and maintain strict confidentiality. You will be working on foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Analyze complex business documents and create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence
  • Develop solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs
  • Identify process and operational issues and suggest changes to unblock operations

Job Requirements-
