Artificial Intelligence Ethics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Ethics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for ensuring that AI systems are developed and deployed in an ethical and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI systems that prioritize user privacy, security, and transparency.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential biases and vulnerabilities in AI systems.

- Design and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks and improve the overall ethics of AI systems.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Hands-on experience with implementing various machine learning algorithms, including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.

- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
