AI Ethics Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Ethics Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will guide clients in navigating the complex ethical implications of artificial intelligence.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of AI ethics, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to educate clients on AI ethics principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI ethics considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex technical and ethical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing tailored AI ethics strategies, frameworks, policies, and guidelines for clients. They will conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential ethical risks associated with AI systems. Additionally, they will advise on the implementation of fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy-preserving techniques in AI development.
