Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish critical metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payout systems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests; turn results into informed product decisions within the week.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and lightweight data models enabling teams to self-serve answers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to instrument events; enhance data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Develop quick models (from baselines to gradient boosting) to improve matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents: design evaluation rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.
Your Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years in data science/analytics or similar; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
  • Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency for analysis; experience with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Crisp communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership; turning analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding (Hex/Mode/Looker), marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
