Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to contribute to the success of our projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into detailed, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.

About the Role

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with our team of architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive and flawless architectural design.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Use analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
