Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in the HCM domain, with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep technical understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, including hands-on experience with integration, application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for both cloud and on-premise HCM applications.
• Proven experience in complex solution design, with a track record of developing scalable, secure, and integrated cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cloud technologies and their implementation, ensuring effective application of best practices and industry standards.
• Extensive experience with various integration technologies and methodologies for real-time and batch integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between systems.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, HCM modules, OIC, Knowledge of BIP & Reporting & OTBI Architecture.

About the Role:
