Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Oracle CPQ Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Modern Ballistic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support Oracle CPQ solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and customization. As a Technical Oracle CPQ Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, designing Oracle CPQ solutions, and implementing configurations that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design Oracle CPQ solutions, and implement configurations that meet business needs.
  • Customization and Integration: Customize Oracle CPQ to align with business processes and integrate it with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct rigorous testing, and ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle CPQ solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end users, offer ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle CPQ.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and solutions implemented on the Oracle CPQ platform.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ implementation and customization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems. Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ architecture and best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Oracle CPQ Cloud certification is highly desirable.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with other Oracle Cloud solutions or similar CPQ platforms.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
