We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Strategist to support our team in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Indian and/or international development sector, with a proven track record in communications portfolio management.

About the Role:
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to execute day-to-day activities, create work plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of quality output.
  • Grant Management: Assist in managing grant-related deliverables, including tracking timelines, gathering data, supporting reporting, and ensuring documentation meets funder requirements.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies for specific grants, leveraging mainstream media, social media, events, knowledge products, and influencer engagement to drive narrative change.
  • Business Communication: Manage online presence for specific grants (website, Instagram, etc.), creating content calendars, scheduling, and monitoring analytics to optimize strategy.
  • Partner Liaison: Liaise with external partners, organizing meetings, capturing notes, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining strong partner communication while building long-term relationships.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required, synthesizing findings into actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in drafting reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs, ensuring project documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Support ecosystem engagement efforts, including event coordination, outreach to stakeholders, and tracking engagement activities. Represent the team in external convenings when needed.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate internal team meetings, take meeting notes, manage calendars, and support logistical needs related to consultants, events, and other operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and translate insights into actionable strategies.
