Site Reliability Engineer Position

A crucial member of our reliability team, the Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring high service availability, automating infrastructure, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Linux/Unix systems and ensure high service availability.
  • Implement and maintain network configurations, including iptables, ipsec, and IP management.
  • Automate infrastructure using SaltStack or equivalent configuration management tools.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to monitor and resolve production issues.
  • Operate and troubleshoot private and public cloud environments using KVM/QEMU.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure site reliability and implement best IT operational practices.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts for configuration and deployment (Perl/Golang preferred).
  • Support data center operations and work on advanced technologies like DCOS, Aerospike, Galera.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Knowledge of network configurations and IP management.
  • Experience with automation tools such as SaltStack.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
