Artificial Intelligence Operations Leader

Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Operations Leader to spearhead our AI initiatives.

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Machine Learning libraries such as TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
  • RPA tools like UiPath and Service Desk software.
  • Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in AIOPS and IT Process Automation with AI/ML.
  • Proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Exposure to Ansible, Unix, Windows environments, SAP, RPA tools, Service Desk software, data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
