Senior AI Strategist Job Description

Seeking a visionary AI leader with 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

  • Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
    • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including:
    • Predictive maintenance
    • Anomaly detection
    • Incident management
    • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as:
    • TensorFlow
    • PyTorch
    • Scikit-learn
    • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
    • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from:
    • Azure
    • AWS
    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to:
    • Lead cross-functional AI teams
    • Mentor junior engineers and researchers
    • Drive project delivery and innovation
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and performance

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
