Job Role: Home Loan Associate

  • Enter and verify data related to customer and APF proposals using a provided checklist.
  • Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals, ensuring all necessary steps are followed.
  • Regularly follow up with Branch, sales team, DSA/connector for clarification and updates.
  • Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
  • Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
  • Provide daily/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3+ years in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loans & Secured loans (LAP).
  • Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end-to-end.
