About the Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our Management Information System (MIS) team, driving data-driven insights and strategic decisions across multiple sites and geographies. As the successful candidate, you will lead the team in developing innovative reporting solutions using the latest tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reporting/MIS resources across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Lead transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change.
  • Present business cases and insights based on operational metrics, driving performance and productivity improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning functions, including MIS reports, data analysis, capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, Erlang model, and multiple MIS reports in a multi-site contact center environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide leadership, direction, motivation, development opportunities, and build high-performing teams.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, import/export data in a structured manner.
  • Innovative mindset, with the ability to influence and drive change.
