Senior Mobile Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled senior mobile software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in designing and building advanced applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, with a strong focus on clean code principles and high performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cross-platform mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Leverage expertise in state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX or MobX etc., to manage complex application states.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver innovative products.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, REST APIs, and third-party libraries.
  • Solid understanding of native Android/iOS development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in publishing and maintaining large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to modular architecture and clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
