Job Title:

America’s leading artificial intelligence technology provider is seeking a skilled Generative AI Associate to join its elite Red Teaming squad.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can craft sophisticated and complex language prompts designed to exploit vulnerabilities in large language models (LLMs).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced training programs on AI/ML, LLMs, and Red Teaming techniques.
  • Create original and innovative prompts that effectively target defined vulnerabilities in our clients' systems.
  • Collaborate with expert linguists, team leaders, and quality assurance specialists to optimize results.
  • Support data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs and adapt team methodologies accordingly.
  • Maintain high productivity levels, meeting targets for prompt completion and average handling time per prompt.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or associate’s degree with one year of relevant experience, or high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to adopt different voices and perspectives.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment with evolving guidelines and requirements.
